At The BYE Co., we hope you love your products — but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible:
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Return must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot issue refunds for lost parcels.
How to Request a Return
Please email us at info@thebyeco.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide full return instructions. Do not return items to the address in our website footer — it is not our return facility.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email.
If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 working days.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, please request a return and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on:
- Opened or used eye care products
- Wipes, sprays or mist once opened
